Kate's favorite things #327: parades.
Kate loves a good parade. Well, actually, it doesn't even have to be a
good parade, any old parade will do. Our first parade for the summer season was the 4th of July parade in the Field Club neighborhood. Since we went last year, we have sort of turned it into a Hoybook family tradition.
Balloons and popsicles. Ah, perhaps we have found the reason for her parade love...
Parade #2 was the Annual Chicken Show parade in Wayne. It was rainy, but that didn't stop our lil' chick from raking in an enormous bag of candy. She would, however, like to request, "no more sirens" next year please.
