First Annual Washers Tournament

Last weekend, we were invited to compete in the First Annual Horton Washers Tournament. I think B and I took the crown for "team to be eliminated the fastest", but we had an awesome time.  We are already practicing for our comeback tour next summer.

The little girls spent much of their time on the slip'n'slide, because a party without a slip'n'slide really isn't a party.  Am I right?

A Day for Dad

Happy Father's Day to the best dad Kate could have ever asked for. B, no one can make her smile or giggle like you. We love you so much!

(We tried several times throughout the day to get a good photo of the two of them together. This shot sums up our efforts perfectly.)

The Berry Farm

June means one thing around this house: strawberries! Last year, we took Kate out for her first strawberry u-pick experience and this year, the Horton girls joined us for a morning at the berry farm.

There was a heck of a lot more berry-eating than berry-picking going on--Liz and I were definitely fighting a losing battle--but whatever.  I'm sure the price per pound factors in the pound or so already inside of your toddler.

Let's imagine for a moment that their bellies are NOT full of berries and those other two baskets are.

Someone always has a pretty severe case of the giggles when Daddy is around.
